Refund policy

1. Return Window

We offer a 7-day return policy. You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

  • Unopened and Sealed: For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any herbs, teas, or supplements where the original tamper-evident seal has been broken.

  • Original Packaging: The item must be in its original, undamaged packaging.

  • Proof of Purchase: You will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for health and safety reasons:

  • Opened or partially used supplements/herbs.

  • Custom-mixed herbal formulas or prescriptions.

  • Gift cards.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us at renyuanllp@gmail.com immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right at no cost to you.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
